I only just wrote about how annoying it is to get messages that deliberately leave out relevant information in order to make you jump through hoops.
Here's a message I just got from Facebook.
Sigh. FB, you couldn't have added a few extra lines so I could see what the actual message was?
Gallingly, they now include a feature ("New! Reply by email") that lets you respond via email right out of your inbox.
It's bit pointless if I have to go to their crappy web site before I can even see what I am replying to... 😠
